Subject and aim of the contest

Imagine, write, develop

Each participating class should imagine and develop a scenario and a script for a 4 to 6 minutes film about the impact of climate change or human activities (fisheries, exploitation of resources etc..) on marine ecosystems.

Think, act, show

The aim is double :

  • show the scientific community how this problem is perceived by the teachers and students from different European countries
  • Encourage the pupils to reflect and to increase their awareness through action.

Reflect, use

The presented project should represent the views of the students, but also their capacity to objectively use scientific information to create a fictional or documentary style film.

How are the students affected by these problems and what is their opinion or thoughts on what the future holds?
